Terms of Service

This document constitutes the official offer of NUTRITION KINGZ NE LTD.

1. Subject of Agreement

The Company agrees to supply food products corresponding to the selected plan, and the Client agrees to pay for services on time and ensure courier access to the delivery location.

2. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is carried out daily in selected time slots. If the courier cannot reach the client within 10 minutes of arrival, the order is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued due to the perishable nature of the products.

3. Limitation of Liability

NUTRITION KINGZ NE LTD is not liable for allergic reactions that the client did not notify us about in writing during order placement. We guarantee product freshness at the moment of transfer; however, proper storage after receipt is the responsibility of the client.
